With Digital Enterprises' Meeting Web Broadcasting Service, we can record your presentation, including video of the speaker, PowerPoint presentation, or any other file from the Microsoft Suite. We bring our compact portable equipment to your meeting room or training classroom.

Basic Service includes:

  1. Set up a special computer system that will capture the speaker's voice and PowerPoint slides for later broadcast at multiple bandwidths across the Web
  2. Optional, and at no additional cost, is video of the speaker, with your choice of bandwidths: modem, cable/DSL and T1 speeds

Standard Costs

For a half-day recording at your location containing up to one hour of presentations is $1,000 plus travel. Web hosting is at no cost for the first month. A custom quote is required for additional hosting depending upon the bandwidth needed and the number of users. Additional cost items are quoted on a custom basis.

Additional Cost Options

  • High resolution and high quality video with a digital camera
  • Hosting the presentations on Digital Enterprises and Communications servers for as long as you want, with or without security and/or password protection
  • Multiple camera shoots and/or audio feeds
  • Edit the presentation, enabling additional bookmarks and hyperlinks, closed captioning, custom logo and background color, as well as removing unwanted portions.
  • Insertion of quizzes and interactivity
